CONDITIONS:

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

A deposit is required to hold a puppy until it is ready to go home. Most deposits are $100, but some of our more expensive babies may have a higher deposit amount.

1. Breeder guarantees that the above described dog is a purebred Dachshund with AKC registration.
2. Breeder guarantees this dog is in good health at the time of purchase.
3. Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, conformation, color, or breeding ability.
• Seller does not guarantee against Alopecia "skin and coat problems" in dilute colors ie. blue and isabella.
• This guarantee is not a longterm/ genetic guarantee.
4. Buyer is recommended to have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase.
• If the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after taking possession of the puppy, the guarantee is VOID.
5. Under no circumstances will vet fees or shipping be refunded.
• If a new puppy is issued to the buyer, the buyer will assume the new shipping and vet cost.
6. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the above described dog upon purchase.
7. Buyer further agrees to maintain the dog at all times in good health with recommended immunization and periodic veterinarian check- ups.
8. The actions and upbringing of the puppy is the full responsibility of the owner/buyer. Under no circumstances is the breeder to be responsible for the dog or the dog's behavior.
